Returns & Exchanges – Nora Interiors

At Nora Interiors, each piece is crafted and selected with care to ensure quality and satisfaction. However, if a customer receives an item that does not meet expectations, our return and exchange policy provides a simple, transparent process.

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within the stated return window for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized or made-to-order furniture items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Process:
To request a return, customers should contact Nora Interiors with their order details and product images. Once approved, collection or drop-off will be arranged. Items are inspected upon receipt, and approved returns are processed as refunds or exchanges.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after product inspection. Exchanges can be made for alternate designs or sizes, depending on stock availability and production timelines.

Important Notes:

  • Custom and made-to-measure orders are final sale.

  • All returned items must include original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection approval.

  • For defective or incorrect deliveries, Nora Interiors covers all exchange and pickup costs.
