  • All orders placed through our website or showroom are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full or as per agreed terms before dispatch or project commencement.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or incomplete payment.

4. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order furniture pieces are crafted according to client specifications.

  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Production timelines vary based on material availability and design complexity.

  • Any modification requests after order confirmation may affect delivery dates and costs.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Deliveries are available across Islamabad from Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday. Friday is our weekly off.

  • Delivery timelines are confirmed before dispatch.

  • Customers must ensure clear access for delivery and installation.

  • Staircase or high-floor deliveries may incur additional handling charges.

  • Nora Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events (e.g., weather, road closures, or supplier delays).

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, within the stated return period.

  • Custom and made-to-measure products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found.

  • Approved returns or exchanges are processed after inspection.

While we strive for accuracy, product colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or natural material differences. Such variations are not considered product defects.
